If for whatever reason you are not happy with the level of service provided by any of our computer technicians, we will refund your money back (excluding parts). Now, this is a tall order, for an IT company because in the computer world, there are many variables which are out of our control (e.g viruses, software compatibility, etc) but we have taken on this challenge as part of our core values and believe it will help us continuously maintain and excel our high standards.

2.Fair Pricing Policy

(i) We will not overcharge you for parts and promise that you will not pay anymore than you would have paid at Harvey Norman, Dick Smith or any major retailer. We do not believe in ripping off our clients. However, If you do find an item we supplied at a cheaper price at any major retailer, we will refund the difference (proof must be provided of course).

(ii) We will only charge you a minimum of the first 30 mins or first hour, whichever is applicablei.e you will not be expected to pay for a minimum of one hour's work when the job only took an initial 20 mins! Now, that's fair dinkum, isn't it! After the first hour, we will charge you in 15 mins blocks.

(iii) We will advise you of the most efficient and cost effective way to fix your problem i.e either by Phone, Remote connection, Onsite or bring your machine into our workshop. In addition, any phone consultation for less than 10 mins will not be charged. So if you call us and we help you fix your problem over the phone in strictly under 5 mins, its FREE. Just a way for us to say thank you for calling!

(iv)We will not procrastinate, delay or attempt to "drag" the clock so that we can charge you more. Remember, it is not what we charge per hour but rather how much you pay at the end of the day. Whilst there are many Computer support businesses who charge lesser on a per hour basis, you usually end with a much higher bill at the end of the job because they are either incompetent or simply delay or drag the time by doing things they should not.

3. Expert and Un-Biased Advice

We promise to provide you honest to goodness advise and will not promote or push any particular product or service. We only recommend and advice customers of software and hardware which we ourselves use or we know have a good track record. We are resellers of products that we know works well and do a good job!

For Project related work or substantial technology overhaul or implementations, we cross-check all proposed solution with various Subject Matter experts across Australia (and there are over one-hundred of us) to ensure we have provided you with THE BEST POSSIBLE solution and advice.
